Mae'n rhaid i chi fod yn 18 oed a hŷn ac yn byw yn y Deyrnas Gyfunol i brynu oddi wrth adwerthwyr. Trwy gyflwyno eich archeb, rydych yn cynnig prynu'r nwyddau a chaniatáu'r adwerthwr ac ATLS i ddefnyddio eich manylion personol ar gyfer cyflenwi nwyddau (gan gynnwys trosglwyddo eich manylion i gludwyr ac isgontractwyr eraill ). Efallai bydd 'All The Little Shops' yn cysylltu â chi gyda chynigon o bryd i'w gilydd. Ni fyddwn yn defnyddio eich manylion ar gyfer unrhyw bwrpas arall, na'i roi i unrhyw drydydd partïon. Nid oes raid i adwerthwyr gyflenwi'r nwyddau i chi nes ein bod wedi cadarnhau derbyn eich archeb a dyma pryd gwneir y contract. Fel arfer ni fydd y nwyddau'n cael eu hanfon nes ein bod wedi derbyn tâl a/neu fod yr arian wedi'i glirio.

8. Cyflenwi

Edrychwch ar delerau ac amodau adwerthwr unigol a Chod Ymddygiad ATLS. Bydd pob adwerthwr ATLS yn ceisio anfon y nwyddau atoch o fewn 3-5 diwrnod gwaith.

9. Nwydd wedi'u difrodi neu'n ddiffygiol

Edrychwch ar delerau ac amodau adwerthwr unigol lle nodwyd hynny, a Chod Ymddygiad ATLS. Bydd pob adwerthwr ATLS yn ceisio pecynnu'r nwyddau'n dda i osgoi eu difrodi wrth eu cludo .

10. Gwybodaeth arall y dylech wybod amdani

Yn unol â rheoliadau UE, mae gennych hawl i ganslo eich archeb o fewn 7 niwrnod o'i chyflwyno neu o fewn 7 niwrnod o dderbyn y nwyddau, p'run bynnag sydd hwyaf, a derbyn ad-daliad llawn. Mae'n rhaid i chi dalu am anfon y nwyddau'n ôl atom ac rydym yn eich cynghori i sicrhau eu bod wedi'u hyswirio'n ddigonol ar gyfer y daith. Os nad ydych wedi anfon y nwyddau'n ôl o fewn 14 diwrnod o ganslo'r archeb, neu os gofynnwch, gallwn gasglu'r nwyddau oddi wrthych a'ch bod yn talu am y gwasanaeth hwn. Mae'n rhaid anfon yr eitem(au) yn ôl yn gyflawn, heb ei agor ac yn y pecyn gwreiddiol heb ei ddifrodi.

11. Ymwadiad

Rydych yn defnyddio porth ar-lein ATLS ar eich menter chi eich hun a byddwch yn gyfrifol am gysylltu â'n gwefan ac rydych yn indemnio ATLS rhag pob hawl, iawndal a chostau'n deillio o ddefnyddio'r wefan hon. All the Little Shops Limited (ATLS) is registered in England, company number: 6238613 and is operated as a group marketing portal acting only as an online marketing portal for independent retailers in town centres. Any contract of sale is between the retailer and the customer only. Basic listings on the website are FREE to independent retailers. Premium listings allow independent retailers to showcase a selection of their products and services online. Some retailers will use our secure e-commerce payment gateway via SagePay. Some retailers will simple showcase a selection of products or services that are available and use our downloadable incentive vouchers. Our objective is to help independent business trade on more of a level playing field with the larger multiples and promote Local Shopping.

Products and descriptions of goods are added by individual retailers and therefore ATLS accepts no responsibility for what is placed by those retailers on this website. All retailers have agreed to our conditions and our code of conduct which include the EU distance selling directive that is summarised here.

2. Alteration of Service or Amendments to the Conditions

We reserve the right to make changes to our website, policies, and these Conditions of Use & Sale at any time. You will be subject to the policies and conditions of Conditions of Use & Sale in force at the time that you use the website, unless any change to those policies or these conditions is required to be made by law or government authority (in which case it will apply to orders previously placed by you). Normally goods will not be shipped until payment has been received and/or funds cleared.

8. Delivery

See individual retailer's terms and conditions and view the ATLS code of conduct. All ATLS retailers aim to despatch goods to you within 3-5 working days.

9. Damaged or defective goods

See individual retailer's terms and conditions where indicated and view the ATLS code of conduct. All ATLS retailers aim to package the goods well to avoid damage in transit.

10. Other information

In accordance with EU regulations you have the right to cancel your order within 7 days of placing your order or within 7 days of receipt of the goods, whichever is the longer and receive a full refund. You must return the goods to us at your cost and we advise you to ensure the goods are adequately insured during any return journey. If you have not returned the goods within 14 days of cancellation, or if requested, we can collect the goods from you at your cost. The item(s) must be returned complete, un-opened and in original undamaged packaging.
